Hello World!
My name is Alice! I am a 5th year Computer Science and Museum Studies double major with a recently declared (woah) cluster in cybersecurity! I started my MUSE journey as an immersion during my 1st year at RIT, and fell so in love with it that I decided I HAD to major in it, and with Dr.Decker's help, I was soon enrolled.
Now to the interesting part, some FUN FACTS about me:
- This summer I studied abroad in Florence, Italy through the Santa Reparata International School of Arts (SRISA) I studied film photography and Italian Food and Culture
- I am a First Generation American. My family is Maltese and my favorite thing about being immersed in this culture is the food!
- I am not 100% sure what my topic will be for this year, but right now I am super interested in how visiting museums affect learning in children.
Anyway, that's all from me for now, but I am excited to get started.
-Alice
Alice I am so excited to see what you will do! You have such a diverse background and many different passions. I know you will succeed with whatever you choose. Just try to pick a topic that interests you and that you really care about@
ReplyDeleteWhenever we discuss museums & education your passion for the subject truly bubbles to the surface; I'm looking forward to reading your final thesis!
ReplyDeleteAlice, so happy that you are honing in on your subject. Like the commenter above, I agree, your passion shines through when you talk about museums and education. I do have a thought on a possible case study involving the Psyche Mission. Let's chat. Keep going! :D
